I'm sorry, let me be more clear. Can we stop with the domestic terrorist posts??

DP- they cosplay so sometimes we have to ID the clothes to the event. Still falls under fashion. Blame them, not us.

I am currently watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and the lead often has a coat that is a bit shorter than her shirt or dress. I think the show is based in the 40’s or 50’s.

Just to be clear--she's STILL doing her fashion op for the Daily Mail guy? Not slipping out the back of the residence?

Late 50s into the early 60s. In an earlier season it showed Lenny Bruce on the Steve Allen show, which was in 1959. I remember my mom wearing coats like that in the early 60s, one was a bright lime green she wore in the spring.

The wardrobe on that show is so fun to watch! But that is not the vibe of this coat outfit.

I actually really like that coat. God help me.

But the 3" of skirt hanging below it? WTH?

It's a little like WWI or maybe pre-WWI, would be if the skirt were just a bit longer.

I like the coat a lot, too, but it hits above her waist and it makes her look pregnant.

Besides the awful coat, what's up with her stance?

She looks like she just came out of a training session at Monty Python's "Ministry of Silly Walks"

Here is the before/after of Kayleigh.

Why wouldn’t she? The fashion show doesn’t stop just because of a little armed insurrection!

She looks the same but with less makeup.

The image to the right has been doctored with the reds and contrast. The real photo is a few posts up.

I like to think Kayleigh had a sleepless dark night of the soul and it showed in the after pic. She hasn’t previously shown herself to be capable of shame, but Wednesday left a lot of people shaken. Maybe there is a tiny kernel of decency somewhere in there?

Maybe...

But more likely she is beginning to realize she may not be employable after this, even as a RWNJ talking head. This after she told people that it was easy to make money in right wing media if you are blonde and pretty and willing to say anything.
