No kidding - I foolishly thought the store would be empty with so many people at Super Bowl parties or home preparing for them. Instead everyone and their mother was at Harris Teeter with me. |

To remind us that classy conservatives walk among us. I'm a bleeding heart liberal, but I respect President Bush Sr. A decorated veteran, he is someone Americans can respect. He was well educated and equipped to serve. He respected the job and didn't embarrass us. This event is political. Just watch the commercials. |

I assume because it is Houston. I'll admit, I teared up a little when he was being rolled out and his expression. The Schuyler sisters were awesome. I won the over/under with DH for the National Anthem but lost the coin toss. Got some GF cookies in the oven, enjoying a modified cheesesteak, and some chips and tequila lime salsa. Yum. Would be drinking except I have to work tonight |

Um, there's another former president bush who lives in Texas. He's there for a reason. A political reason. He and Barbara remain very popular, while W and Laura have less appeal. |
