"Massively"? I think you're referring to the person - probably you - who is rabidly posting (contributing massively) even though there have been zero updates and there's nothing to post about. It's just an excuse for YOU to bump this idiotic thread. As for me, obviously this thread isn't going to die because of people like you, so I'm just going to enjoy the trainwreck. |
I'm not 'ignoring' anything b/c I'm not the PP you think you're responding to. But you're obviously biased but think you're fooling everyone by saying you liked that one SP episode. |
But Kate isn't in the line of succession at all, is she? So why would she be in the succession documents in the first place? Is there really any question of her acting as regent instead of (gag) Andrew, Harry, or best of all Anne? |

I know absolutely nothing about royals - but what if something happened to William before George comes of age? |
Yes. Check out the tldr thread. There are links related to that rumor. I had never heard them before but apparently it’s not a new rumor. |
Shingles is stress related, painful, and unsightly.
Post-surgery shingles. What do I win if I’m correct? |
According to the Regents Act, Harry would step in as regent until George turns 18. However, the Act also says that the regent must be domiciled in the U.K., so Harry couldn’t phone it in from California. |
DP. That's a convenient way to indulge in toxicity. "Sure, we're saying toxic things. But we don't believe them so it's okay." |
I had shingles. I could have faked a happy picture with a stylist and photographer. |
He becomes king but a regent is appointed until he is 18. The regent is the next adult in the line of succession. That's Harry. |
So then it goes to Andrew, and that's unthinkable. Anne seems like a great candidate. Edward is also stable at least, although he's very inexperienced and may not have the personality or stamina for it. This sounds like Charles just making the normal preparations anyone would make before major surgery. Except while the rest of us write wills, he needs to plan out the succession. |
That makes sense. Now saying the cancer is serious and they're lying but depending on his treatment he may be down for some time |
Charles can't amend the Regency Act. Only Parliament can do that. |
