Ralph Northam yearbook page shows men in blackface and KKK robe

Northam claims that he never saw the yearbook in question. My initial reaction was that is a lie. But my husband pointed out that he never looked at let alone ordered any of his yearbooks after high school. Neither did I. I’d be interested to see what the rest of that yearbook looked like and whether there are other indications of racism in there. It would also be interesting to hear what the people who put that yearbook together say about the photo.

I do think he's lying, but I have to admit it would be pretty bold of him to lie because you would think that there would be plenty of other people at the party who would know it was him.

Investigators and reporters could find these yearbooks and show/prove the fake yearbooks are fake.

The fact of the matter is that Bethesda is 3.0% black. For reference, the city it borders is 46% black, the county in which it lies is 20% black, and it’s neighbor (Silver Spring) is 29% black.

For a city to be soooo demographically different than its neighbors...well...it doesn’t reflect well on the people who live there.
