Epstein Files

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. And there’s a lot of smoke surrounding Trump. Twenty years ago he would have been escorted out of the building and told never to return. Now: all of the maga keep voting for him as they are Christians and have no values or ethics.

Why are MAGAs so worked up over Epstein when their own idol is a rapist?

They don't believe he is. They believe his trial was a sham and a witch hunt by the Biden DOJ. They are also fully expecting the SCOTUS the overturn Trump needing to pay E. Jean Carroll the $5mil.

Also, they like to point out his conviction was for sexual abuse, not rape. That's they they seem to think he can should/will sue AOC for saying "Wow who would have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated the release of the Epistein Files?"

However, the distinction between what AOC said and what Stephanopoulos said that got ABC sued is that she never said a name whereas he plainly said that Trump was liable for the rape of E. Jean Carroll.

It's splitting hairs. He was convicted of sexual abuse and defamation but not rape. Even a federal judge ruled that the word rape (digital rape) would/should still apply for what Trump did even tho the jury did not convict on a rape charge. The jury was instructed to use the definition of rape as "non-consensual vaginal penetration by a penis" and the definition of sexual assault as "non-consensual vaginal penetration by fingers/objects other than a penis". The jury said they did not convict on the rape charge because Carroll's testimony of when his penis entered her was not as vivid or clear as when she testified about the digital (finger) penetration. She also said that she wasn't sure if his penis was fully inside or only partially. They said her uncertainty created doubt, but when she recounted the digital penetration, she was very specific, was able to describe the emotions and pain she felt, and the jurors said they could see her squirm in discomfort in reliving that part, but she did not do the same when describing the penis in her.

They are not Christians. As The Evangelist Billy Sunday said, "Going to church doesn't any more make you a Christian than going to a garage makes you an automobile."

If trump wasn't on the list, he would have released that list in a New York minute!

Yes, the jury found it utterly believable that he pinned her to the wall of the dressing room and stuck something in her and that it was horrific. I don't care if it was just fingers, it's terrible and disgusting.

ESPECIALLY if it implicated any Dems.

I cannot figure this out! Why do they care so much? He has done horrific things and said horrific things for years. Why this?

You're wondering why organized p***philia and ch*** trafficking, possibly by a foreign intel agency, implicating the most powerful men in the world and them potentially being blackmailed, and all of this being covered up by our government, is a bridge too far for MAGAs? Really?

DP but it’s not that we don’t understand why this upsets them. It’s upsets us too! It’s awful and we all hope people are punished and want justice for the victims.

We are just in awe that they were okay with ALL the other corruption, sexual assault allegations and charges, admitting he liked to walk in on teen girls changing during pageants, bragged that he could just “grab the in the _ussy’l, talked about his baby’s legs and eventual breast development (Tiffany, in an interview), rambled inappropriately about how hot his other daughter is, was seen multiple time WITH Epstein, has been charged with 34 felonies, whose first wife accused him of rape and abuse, has multiple bankruptcies and a lifetime of using his contractors to avoid paying them….was all overlooked but they are now angry about this. It’s not that they shouldn’t be angry about Epstein, it’s that since they ARE, it makes no sense that all the other disgusting behavior DIDN’T anger them.

Child r*** is obviously the most heinous things anyone can imagine. It's hardly a shock this is a bridge too far for even the most loyal Trump voters.

He was sued for r-ping a 13 year old YEARS ago. He talked about his own girls in a sexual way for decades. He talked about watching minors undress. MAGA still voted for him. Twice. I mean, I’m glad they’re starting to show some human decency, but they are late and it’s perplexing.

+1

They don’t seem to think any of Trump’s other rape allegations or convictions matter, they didn’t protest Matt Gaetz appointment and seemed to believe Trump when he said he barely knew Epstein. I don’t know what MAGA’s moral compass is to be honest. I’m still surprised this is what they care so much about.

Trump was sued for r-ing a 13 yr old?? Never heard about this. Did he have to pay a settlement? What happened with this case?

It was not a serious case. The E Jean Carrol case however was very serious…

On behalf of all -ape survivors, F you. It was a serious case and she was threatened to drop it because that’s how mob don lives his life.

No, if you look closely at it, it was definitely not a serious case and it imperiled the serious cases. The E Jean Carroll case is the one that he very definitely did.

There is no list.

There is nothing to release.

I have no doubt that the Epstein zealots will calm down after a while. They're this season's QAnon zealots, and look how we don't hear about those anymore.

Would be a little less disturbing if two of said zealots were not leading the FBI.

That lawsuit about the 13-year-old is what inspired Miami Herald reporter Julie Brown to look into Epstein in the first place, which led to her award winning, groundbreaking report on this whole mess and why any of us are talking about this at all.

No... the way conspiracy theories work is that you arrive at the conclusion and work backwards... anyone or anything that doesn't support your conclusion becomes part of your conspiracy. This was the dangerous thing about Trump promoting the conspiracy—he can never, ever deliver on it. Even if there is more, unless it results in Bill Clinton being publicly tried and/or executed for pedophilia, the nutters are going to say something is being held back AND WHY IS THAT?

I think there might be one or two things, nothing major, to come out, and I think that quite a few more of Epstein's friends took advantage of his underage harems, but I don't think there's much hard evidence of anything or it would have come out. And the stuff that has come out—about Les Wexner, Prince Andrew—and the associations—Bill Gates etc—have had big impacts. There have been bombshells... just not the ones that MAGA wants—discrediting Joi Ito and closing up his shop at MIT doesn't quite meet the standards that Trump revved them up about.

He can never win this and it's his own fault.

Right... and what did she find about that 13 year old?

Oh, I don’t think that this is going away. QAnon was insanity, this is about real children that were raped by real “people.”
