Also, I get pedicures from time to time when my kids are in school. What’s wrong with that? I’m not neglecting my kids or my other responsibilities when I do it.

+1. Plus Kate’s kids are still young and she’s raising them herself and not sending them to boarding school. So that means she’s much more hands on. Given the intense scrutiny the kids get she’s got to work on their manners, grooming, etc, pretty much constantly.

Wrong. The late Queen used to say that unless the royal family was seen out and about supporting charities etc, they’d become irrelevant. Also, you sound like an Incel in your expectations of women.

The late Queen was born nearly 100 years ago. Social media and TV provides much more visible ways for royals to engage than having them cut a ribbon for a grocery store opening. More efficient and much greater outreach.

What people are asking about is her weight, her radiant appearance yesterday, and her job prospects once she's well. You don't like any questions whatsoever, so you call it hate. That's on you.

She's lost weight. No one is going to nail down the reason or reasons why. Creating theories may be fun for you, but it doesn't provide answers.

She looked nice yesterday. She is being dragged for her face looking too nice. I don't see how she would have had cosmetic surgery while going through chemo. Again, creating theories may be fun for some.

And what about her job prospects. What should she do differently? To me, a calendar full of factory tours and panels on seed conservation sounds deadly dull. That was the style of a reign that began in 1952. Prince Charles doesn't even want to carry on the same way. Look how his calendar differs from his mother's. By the time William takes over the roles could be much different.

Prince Charles is working his butt off despite having cancer. Will and Kate have been dragged in the British Press for neither of them working much.

It's sort of shocking you think that because they might be bored learning about seed conservation, it's OK for the poor dears to idle their days away binging TV series or something. What exactly do you think their "much different" roles would look like, if they don't involve actually working?

stay with me here. maybe the GOAL is in fact for the royal family to be less relevant. if Kate & Will have decided to be less visible because the modern monarchy doesn’t need to be constanly grasping at “relevance,” so be it. and my comment on bearing heirs has nothing to do with being an incel, just an observation that Kate specifically of all the current royal family has already 100% met the most important duty to the monarchy.
