The court/judge approved the trustee request to take Omar's vehicles, including the motorcycles purchase in 2022 (yes, the same timeframe that he claimed he needed family assistance to pay his rent) and the trustee has hired limitless garage to sell them. Standard bankruptcy stuff all found in the publicly accessible court docs and transcripts. |

Kind of related because Omar's wife tried to add herself as an debtor to the bankruptcy but apparently she is also being sued by citibank. So yeah great family. Look up Elrahimy or case number: D-06-CV-24-011186

| ...and it just doesn't stop with this family. New lawsuit and first for the 6 month old GPC Limited Liability Company created by Sameh Elrahimy last fall. Lawsuit filed by Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company. Appears to provide workers compensation insurance. I am sure there is nothing odd happening here as we know the tight ship the Elrahimy's run in their companies. Breach of contract filed against GPC Limited Liability Company, Go Pro Construction and Sameh Elrahimy. Case Number: C-15-CV-24-001476 - Circuit Court for Montgomery County Maryland. If GPC Limited Liability Company is not licensed by MHIC do they even need workers comp? Might be Sameh's defense strategy. Joking of course. |

| Multiple references to the name game being played by Sameh but no mention of Omar's use of multiple names. Various places reference his use of Amr, Amir, and Omar Elrahimy but no mentions of his use of Omar Helmy. I wonder if they ever get confused on what name they have used where. |

I've seen Amr Raouf too...I've also seen Amr using a rotating list of PO boxes for his home address. Some of the adversary proceedings were denied because he didn't get his summons but he didn't get his summons because of the rotating addresses... so yeah him making a mockery of the legal system yet not facing much punishment is a sad state of things. |

| If it was anyone other than Omar I would feel bad for what his attorney just did to him. Second attorney hired by Omar asks the court to withdraw as counsel. However, this time he signs an affidavit and the attorney drives the bus over him and backs up to make sure he was hit. I am sure he has no idea what just happened.... what were you thinking. You may want to share with the judge where you got your law degree that made you smarter than them. I am not a lawyer and don't pretend to know more about law than lawyers and thus I may be totally wrong in my analysis. |
