Yes, CCM's deficit is just under 9K (8997) which is right about 1%. MSNBC says that there are still about 135K ballots to be counted, so either one is still well within range of winning.

Yeah I think RCP predicted the Senate was going to be 54R-46D. Not today, Satan.

Also it seems like our resident MAGA heads are on vacation after the election. I can't say I miss them but after their pre-game gloating I thought they would come back for some thoughtful reflection. (/s)

Not really...

Both Nevada and Arizona need to take action after this election to get their ducks in a row.
It is ridiculous that tabulating votes is taking this long. Their election officials should be embarrassed.

The reason elections are not trusted. When cameras go dark and they have a vote dump during that time, people are going to be inflamed. Then it has to be explained away by mainstream:

LOL! Aren’t you enjoying finally talking among adults without them derailing every thread?

I think you and others made assumptions about some of us who dare to post here and vote more conservatively. I'm neither a "MAGA head" nor Trump supporter.

Changes require the state legislatures to change the way votes are counted. If you don’t allow mail ballots to be counted until Election Day, then it will take a long time. This is just a simple change, prep and count ballots as they come in. Lots of states do it and you end up with 98-99% counts on election night. Now you can never get 100% on election night because of military ballots and mail postmarks on Election Day, also time to cure ballots. They need that extra week to get the final 1-2%. Still it’s a simple process change that resolves all but the closest elections on election night.

Pre-trump the level of discourse on this forum was entirely better because the conservatives here were much more intelligent, articulate, and policy focused.
