Where can I find the perfect lasagna in DC/Nova?

Any recommendations? Lasagna seems to be hit or miss. Where have you had awesome lasagna in the area?

Vace is good. Perfect is a high bar, though.

What kind of lasagna do you like? There's a big difference in what makes a perfect lasagna for someone. Most of my family hates anything with ricotta in it so if it has that in it, it won't be perfect. Are there any ingredients your family loves or hates? To help us narrow this down for you.

My thoughts exactly!
The only recommendation I can give OP is my house because that is where the best lasagna is made. I can never order it anywhere because it won't live up to my expectations. This is the only food about which I act this way.

What do you use instead? Béchamel?

I need a good lasagna recipe. Mine is basic & lackluster.

Team Bechamel here!! Ricotta is sacrilege! Use the Silver Spoon recipe! Here is a link to a home site that posted it:

Ignore the bit about fresh noodles--yes it is nice to have fresh noodles, but it won't kill your lasanga if you buy them from the store!

I have eaten lasagne almost everywhere in Arlington and my favorite is at Pie-Tanza.

I think Ozzie'S crazy lasagna is pretty insane.
