Where can I find the perfect lasagna in DC/Nova?

Sorry, but am I wrong? I'm Italian, so I think I would know. Seriously OP, don't bother trying to find it here. Make it yourself. Cook up a good meat sauce and layer cooked noodles with the sauce, ricotta mixed with grated Romano, and shredded mozzarella. Top if off with a sprinkle of garlic powder, and it will be better than anything you will find in any restaurant around here.
