This link has a good list of mains. We have done veggie pot pie, stuffed roasted acorn squash, roasted asparagus, green beans, mashed potatoes and veggie stuffing. |
Unlike bryannas turkey roast

Or rather, I like! |
| Field Roast makes a variety of holiday proteins. We've had the Celebration Roast for a few years now and it goes well with sides like mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, and so on. |
| Tofurkey is gross! The field roasts are ok. Lentil loaf is always good- try the oh she glows recipe. |
| Last year I made a vegetarian Shepard's pie with lentils. Went over well. This year I'm considering making vegetarian pot pies with seitan. |

It's crazy involved and we usually use Tempe instead of seiten, but it's delicious |
| I love vegetarian pot pie or a veggie-centric tart. Last year I did a butternut squash, caramelized onion, and gruyere tart. If I was cooking this year, I'd make it again. |
| Stuffed acorn squash. With quinoa and other things. I had to do a vegetarian and dairy free main for my Sil one year and that's what I did. She liked it. |
| Great suggestions. Thanks! |
Wow, that sounds fantastic. Recipe? |
| This is super delicious. You could use pie crust instead of puff pastry and shape it as a pie to make it a little fancier for serving. http://www.seattletimes.com/pacific-nw-magazine/hearty-savory-strudels-never-go-out-of-fashion/ |

I make roasted root veggies with a pomegranate balsamic dressing. Always a hit.
I'll find the recipe and post if if anyone wants it |
