So Really, when do MoCo folks have to be ready to hold up in our houses? 1 week? 2? Best guesses please

So they weren’t feeling unwell when they went to the nursing home?

Reading the article, it sounds like they may have been feeling better at the time of the event they attended; regardless, they are currently “asymptomatic and doing better.”

Very little has been released. See the Wash Post story.

Five schools in Bucks County, PA have been closed effective immediately.

At least one county is being proactive. Moco sucks

So the one place sick, or recently sick people, or people who just traveled internationally shouldn't go, a retirement community / nursing home ... that's where they went. SMH.

But it does not have to, kids do their ssl hour volunteering at nursing homes. So do their moms...

Since you asked.

Yes they do. And the concierge staff, nurses, cafeteria/restaurant staff, aides, etc... They all have families too.

It was a closed event - they weren’t visiting residents’ rooms or interacting with student volunteers.

Not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you?

O nativity! Do you have a concept of how the virus spread. I have, but .I have no time, google it.
Think the air, think the surfaces, think the bathrooms...

Actually - it's not spread through aerosolizing. Must be coughed on. Also close contact is important.

Wash hands, sanitizer.

I've never understood people who are sick/recovering and go to nursing homes or retirement centers.

I was going to post a response as well. My daughter is in Wootton now, but when she went to frost middle school she was part of an after school club that would walk over to the nursing home and visit some of the patients there. If frost still has that program, it is possible some kids were in the nursing home as part of it after school club this week.

OMG!!!
I hope someone will check this!

So how did this NY lawyer spread it to so many people then? Coughing on 30 people?

It spreads through aerosol. It was already confirmed a month ago, wasn’t it?

You can wash your hands all day long.

Up to nine days on solid surfaces. Nine days is an awfully long time.
