| And many in the younger age groups are not always even aware that ID sessions are going on now because they are traditionally a later spring occurrence. There are lots of kids/parents for who DA/ECNL ID dates are just not on their radar. |
| So what age years will MU have next year? |
All |
That makes perfect sense. |
So they are adding an 08 and 07? |
Isn't that what "All" means? |
| Metro will definitely have an 08 and 07 team next year. There are some good 07s that they have for next year but still spots to fill. The 08 age group looks very strong and may be the best area DA team at that age. Both age groups have new players practicing with the team on a weekly basis now. If you have a DA quality player that is interested they should reach out now. |
|
Because DA players are not free to move clubs until then. So for example from what actually happened last year, MU picked up an FCV DA player (who was offered a FT spot) in June. She had to wait to be released to be given and to accept any offer. |
| Will the DA keep MU? What is the date clubs know if they have DA next season |
DA will keep Metro. |
MU is staying. Why do people keep asking that? No one asks if like Loudoun for example will lose ECNL status. It's like people are trying to plant seeds in people's minds. |
The way youth travel soccer goes, the same people making fun of metro this year will have their kid there next year(and be their biggest defenders). |
And none of these people talking about MU like that have made any effort to get to know the club. Quit looking at standings, and come out to a practice. |
| Metro is where it’s at ????? |
