Given the ongoing coaching drama on the girls’ side, who is confirmed to stay, and who might be ‘stepping’ away? This information could be crucial in determining which players might return and whether new talent would be interested in trying out.

NVA/LS is in for a rude awakening this spring during tryouts. A lot girls at different ages will be moving clubs. Parents are finally fed up with the BS.

Don’t worry. LS has plenty of girls on lower teams who will gladly fill those spots. NVA will be fine.

Yep, keep that money machine moving and keep playing kickball soccer.

You say that like it’s a failure on LS. Keeping the machine running is the goal. Just like any business. As soon as you realize these soccer clubs are businesses and parents are customers it all makes sense. LS is not evil they are a business. Clubs should be evaluated by their ability to attract and keep paying customers and grow their footprint. By that measure LS is successful.

That's an interesting way to describe a registered non-profit organization.

What’s more interesting is a non-profit registering losses despite the millions in initial investment and purchase of land. Any reputable CPA got a legal explanation?

Doesn’t the coaching staff also largely depend on these parent run clubs and teams, particularly those parents who voice complaints—whether openly or behind the scenes. If the club caters to these parents, such as ensuring their kid(s) receives specific recognitions, plays every minute of every match regardless of performance, and is consistently rewarded despite underperforming, it sets a problematic precedent. This leads to the return of the existing coaches you complain about, the ones who prioritize appeasing parents over fostering quality coaching and team development, resulting in continued lackluster and disappointing seasons.

Being a non-profit doesn’t mean they aren’t in competition with other soccer clubs. It’s not funded by donations.
