Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS)
| Just throwing out there that I will pay into a GoFundMe to sue the sh$t out of MCPS. |
| Ditto |
You don’t need to “call her out “ or “speak up” but you could certainly excuse yourself or ask questions. Why not ask a question about the matter? I’m an mcps teacher and have heard nothing from my administration. Where is their personal email denouncing this type of behavior & conduct? There is none because every single administrator in mcps has been brainwashed by McKnight and are her sheep , blindly following her |
Unacceptable. We live in one of the wealthiest counties in the nation and in the wealthiest state. They work for us. We have enough collective power to pull away their clout. I am so sick of how these people think they are untouchable and can get away with anything. |
#MeToo |
Will Jawando chairs the Education and Culture Committee. It will hold a hearing. He is running for the Senate. Let him know that you won't vote for him if he won't hold the BOE accountable. |
| Unacceptable for them to have as their “outside independent investigator” a firm they have had a business relationship with and who has defended them against similar claims. If that’s true, that seems like order of business one! |
Here's everyone on that Education and Culture Committee. Everyone, write to them and tell them that MCPS not having an independent oversight is extremely troubling and that the residents of Mongtgomery County deserve way better: Wil Jawando (Chair): Councilmember.Jawando@montgomerycountymd.gov Gabe Albornoz: Councilmember.Albornoz@montgomerycountymd.gov Kristin Mink: councilmember.Mink@montgomerycountymd.gov |
I'm guessing that makes it faster. They don't have to go through procurement. Would you prefer to wait until they go through procurement? |
Yes, I would prefer that route if it means that we actually get an independent investigator. |
Jawando Education and Culture Chair. He seems to have failed. Please voters, take note. Do not continue to promote and elect these inept people. We can do better. |

Jackson Lewis is a law firm with a notorious reputation for union-busting. The firm represents employers in labor disputes, lawsuits, and other matters related to unions, and its clients are often large corporations that seek to prevent or dismantle labor unions. Some of these clients include Google, Amazon, and the numerous universities and colleges. |
Some of the people making comments like this one have been using ANY occasion to promote their agenda, for years, and are happy to exploit this opportunity to promote their (failed) agenda some more. |
Well, that won't go over well with the MCEA or with the County Council. |
So basically, the Board of Education lied and told us they were hiring an independent investigative firm when that's clearly not the case. Let's call them out for it. Here's their contact information: nhttps://www2.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/boe/members/ |
