Coaching staff at Visi

Ricky Fried is a phenomenal coach, how about the stony Brook coach. The list goes on and on

TR will do a great job and will help each player with personal development skills-wise, with game IQ, and maybe more importantly building the mental toughness to play at the next level. I’ve had a DD play at a high level in college and honestly adjusting to the mental aspect of the game was the hardest in the first year. Many local coaches do not take enough time to get to know players on an individual level, their focus is more on coaching the entire team the same way. A big miss IMO. With his background I believe he will be a tremendous asset to the team and the individual players.

I heard only one of them is coaching. Unless they're a packaged deal and good friends, I think two strong personalities coming into this together, one subordinate to the other, would be a disaster.

Btw I think it is very bizarre that there are 40 pages in this thread about one schools coaching program for one sport. Who knew people cared that much!

That goes against everything and anything organizationaly sound. Two Alphas doesn't work in the real world unless one defers to other. Please explain how this week work because both are alphas.

Umm… If your theory is correct, than every single professional sports team, every high-powered board and C-Suite, every operating room, and every special forces unit or fighter squadron, is a complete train wreck. Alphas can work together as a team for a shared purpose. But you are probably just trolling.

ISL rules don't allow coaches who coached in the winter to coach in the spring. One has been announced as the coach and Visi will be fine. Both are great coaches and supporters of female athletes and the sport.
