Switching devices will move you to the back of the queue. What does Mpls mean?

There are plenty who already are. Floor seats are being sold for $5,000+.

Got back in line. Got in at 3pm. Code worked. Show sold out.

Giant waste of time; frustrating day.

I’m so sorry! Remember, this was just pre-sale! There will be more opportunities later!

Not really. Today was the only day the bots didn't have access. From now on they will.

And frankly I wish the prices were double, it would have made it easier.

Exactly.

For those that felt like the website was frozen and that their place in the queue wasn't working, did it eventually click into place or did you end up refreshing and starting over?

Really wish that I had bought the four floor seats that were originally in my cart. That could have paid for a semester of college.

Even when my circle was moving it always said 2000+ people in front of me, until the very end when it said it was my turn to purchase tickets. It went from 2000+ to 28 people in just 3 minutes and then immediately let me in to the Code screen, once that was unlocked with my code, I was able to purchase. Do NOT refresh!

I got in around 3 for the Friday Pitt show and paid almost $300 per seat for those. Plus fees and taxes but after waiting all day I bit the bullet.

Same for me too. I almost missed my window because I had no idea I was close. It was 2000+ and then IN!

I got in eventually but everything was sold out. There were a few tickets here and there but as I tried to add them to my cart, I got the error message that another fan “just” added them to their cart. This happened 20 times before I gave up.

I saw on on TikTok that the Philadelphia shows got hit with bots. Ticketmaster tried to weed them out, but it didn’t work and they just gave up and let the sale proceed with the bots.

Same.

So annoying to wait the entire day to not have any available once I was let in.

Yep. Especially since I know they are sitting on a bunch of tickets for Cap One and general onsale. Seems pretty unfair to give out more codes than seats they were going to offer. They should have given out fewer codes and not wasted our time. Jerk move.

I'm actually glad at this point that we did not get tickets. Would rather have a nice trip then give more money to the music industry.

Me, too. Because this whole experience was ridiculously frustrating. Wasted a whole day so I can pay way too much to a way too rich singer and end up in crappy seats where we wouldn’t be able to see much. Not to mention driving, hotel, another day off from work.
Not getting tickets was for the best but it would have been a nice gift for my daughter. Plus, I didn’t realize it was dynamic pricing so screw that.

How? And why only Philly?

Resellers were still in, though. Look at all the tickets on 3rd party sites already.

I saw someone on TikTok who created 5 ticketmaster accounts and got presales with all 5. She managed to score tickets at 3 different venues using 3 different accounts.

What's crazy is that this person didn't have boosted status and I did...yet I'm still in line over 5 hours later.

need to go back to the old way. Camp out at ticket center. 6 tickets max.
