+100 I hope the backlash is profound. |

Such a frustrating day. I got in at 10:35. Code did not work--I copy and pasted it 20 times. Was booted out.
Got back in line. Got in at 3pm. Code worked. Show sold out. Giant waste of time; frustrating day. |
I agree but my daughter won't see it that way. And her smug, has-it-all, "friend" of course got tickets so she'll get to hear all about that. |
Yes, the confirmation email was sent immediatly after purchase, and it navigated away from that screen and said my tickets were loaded in my TM account. |
She got 2 with a few rows of the stage for close to $800, and another 4 that were further back at $300 each. |
| We’ve been waiting since 10:30am with 2000 people in front of us but that number hasn’t changed. I know we shouldn’t refresh but I’m worried I’m staring at a dead screen. |
| Here was my experience--sat in line for three hours waiting for the 5/14 philly show. I could only do this on my phone because I was not able to get in on my computer. after everything had frozen from the central time crash and then resumed, I did finally get in only to receive an error message. Refreshed the link and it took me by some miracle back to the "please wait while we take you to purchase your tickets" page and I got in. I thought all I had to do was to put in my code and tickets would be unlocked but maybe because I was on my phone, I had to unlock each time I wanted to view tickets. I kept poking around the stadium map looking for tickets in various sections and was trying for 4 tickets and each time I tried to unlock, it would just freeze, so I would refresh, pray to the Taylor Swift gods that I would not be sent back to the dreaded beginning of the queue, and then would make it back into the purchase page. After multiple attempts, I decided just to go for 2 tickets for DD and her friend and was successful. I got the confirmation email from TM with my order#, but when I tried to view mobile ticket, I am getting the message to check back later. I keep thinking I could sell these tickets and take a trip to Europe--of course I won't do that, but there has to be a better way! I feel for fans who were kicked out by TM, got code errors, or couldn't make it in for other reasons. This was a terrible process. They should have sold them in waves |
What show? Philly, Boston, and NJ are all sold out. Pitt probably too. |
| We got tickets for Philly. About $200 each, lower bowl. Respect to Taylor for not price gouging. |

You've nothing in your brain.
On phone that long's insane. To see an act that's lame. Um hmm. That's what people say. Um hmm. |
I’m so sorry! Remember, this was just pre-sale! There will be more opportunities later! |
I have been in on my phone all day with still 2000+ in front of me (joined at 10:15 local time- trying for a Mpls show). Should I just try on a different device? I don't want to go to the back of the queue...

| Ticketmaster sucks. |
Not really. Today was the only day the bots didn't have access. From now on they will. And frankly I wish the prices were double, it would have made it easier. |
LOL. In what world is $200 plus fees for a Taylor Swift ticket at a stadium NOT price gouging? |
