The mother is a good friend of mine who I was seeing a while ago. We are no longer together." -Bode Miller "Everyone calls her Dacey" - yeah, bull, he and his "side" call her that. Also, "good friend", hilarious, because he also went after the daughter's mother in court.

I found this from an article from 2018:

"Miller also has a daughter, Neesyn Dacey, who was born in 2008 to ex-girlfriend Chanel Johnson.

He also has a son — who is called Sam by his mother and Nate by his father — who was born in 2013 to former partner Sara McKenna."

How horrible for that little boy. And the way it was stated in that article is so misleading. The boy's name is SAM. Bode can eff off forever. He purposely decided to call the child by a completely different name because he's a malignant narcissist and that was his attempt at control and using the child to hit back at Sara. This was a child that Bode did not want from the moment she told him she was pregnant. The entire story has ALL of the hallmarks of a nightmare battle with a narcissist/sociopath.

From the article about the custody battle, Sara said: "I would look for photos of Sam on Instagram and Twitter and saw that Bode was calling him Nathaniel. That was really heartbreaking. Our son's name is Samuel Bode Miller-McKenna. Calling him anything else is just confusing."

The story the Miller camp put out is that they were calling the little boy Nate to honor Bode’s late brother. BS.

Even that doesn't matter. It's not his name, so they should have named one of his other 75 kids Nate.

They deliberately sent the paperwork to an address where they know Sara McKenna did not live and of course she didn’t receive it. And then used that to win custody. Sleazy.

And prior to attending Columbia, she had completed a military career and was a firefighter/EMT who owned her own home (which she sold to move to NY and attend Columbia and eventually embark on a new career).

Now they're all living in a 15-person household in the middle of nowhere with parents (the sister/BIL are holistic medicine practitioners w 3 kids) who can't afford them. The ski lodge Bode signed onto in 2019 was out of commission for the whole of Covid and its the middle of summer - so another 6-months til ski season in late 2021/2022.
