I purchased an investment property in San Jose, Ca in 2012 for 350K. It is worth 1M per zillow.com. Google is building a huge campus in the downtown. Im hoping to sell the house for 1.5m in 4-8 years.

Prices in that area are unreal. My brother bought a house in Los Altos way back in 1997. It’s now worth 8 times what he paid for it.
