Our Community association received an email about it.

….” from the Arlington County Planning Division. I am currently reviewing a use permit for an assisted living home with up to 15 persons; located at 6430 27th St N. This matter is scheduled for the June County Board meeting. I would like to know if the Williamsburg Civic Association, has any issues with the proposed use permit. For reference, here is a link to the use permit application: Permit Arlington Public Access (arlingtonva.us) <https://archives.arlingtonva.us/publicaccess/permitarlington.aspx?OBKey__789_1=UPER22-00025> .

Such an ugly house but maybe they can redeem it by helping some elderly residents.

It’s a shame that Arlington housing in general is so bland and tasteless.

I live nearby. I would prefer for it to be torn down, but I'm glad this atrocity will (finally) be put to good use.

From the permit application, it looks like it will be more for physical/mental disabilities, but the point still stands.

This seems like the best outcome. The house is ugly as sin but no one was going to buy it at market rate to tear it down and build something better.
