What is your school's policy on teacher's expressing socio-political beliefs during class?

SSSAS is out of hand in this regard. Not only are teachers trying to teach their political position on a range of issues, but when there is dissent, the kids get marked down or other agreeing students are encouraged to bully the other kids on the other side of the political perspective. Its leading many families to leave. Wish we'd have known before coming last year, but we're definitely not staying here to get that type of treatment especially at a price of $40,000 per year.

Not PP, but half of the country is conservative politically and most of these people have nothing to do with the KKK. Demonizing an entire political party due to the actions of a militant extremist hate group that aligns itself with a major political party to gain legitimacy is not correct or teachable content. It’s activism.

The "a few bad apples" is stale and inaccurate. GOP linked their success to these people who traffic in lies, hate and violence. There is non comparison between the extreme wings of the two parties.

NP here, but a legitimate news source that is widely regarded as such. For example, the NYT, Washington Post, BBC, etc. Professional news organizations. This is not a situation where teachers should tell students that there there are two sides to the election story, and it's debatable as to whether there was widespread election fraud; that would be a lie. This is not a "two sides" situation. One side has facts and documentation and 60 court cases. The other side is ill informed and misled.

I struggled when a teacher said this month that BBC is not legitimate source of news. I believe the NYT and Post were considered acceptable.

2. Nobody is say conservative are part of the KKK, alt-right and conservative are different.
3. Nobody is demonizing a party for being KKK, they are demonizing politicians that attend white suprematist rallies.

No BLM is not Marxist. It has 2 Marxist members. The FBI determines it is neither Marxist nor politically aligned. Just like the Republican party isn’t white supremacy just because they have white supremacists in Congress.
