Are tons of freckles on a face considered "ugly"?

I’ve always considered freckles to be charming and attractive. It’s definitely not something to worry about!!!!

Ha! I love this.

Makeup can cover anything she doesn’t like.

I have terrible melasma, but it’s easily covered with foundation.

My son was teased ONCE in elementary school about his freckles. He told them they were weird to think that. Likes his freckles. People have always thought I was younger than I am. Freckles are the answer.

I used to work for a woman who had a face full of freckles. She had smooth skin, wore very little makeup, and remains very attractive well into her 60s.

OP, you sound awful. Your child will need therapy because of you. Freckles are part of the variety of human appearance and it is sad that you cannot accept that.

Freckles are the new dimples 😍, that is my understanding.

I have a lot of freckles and dark auburn hair and while I am too old and married for it now, I was very popular as teen/20-something year old. If your DD is otherwise nice-looking, it's not a drawback (I don't think it's a plus either, it's basically a neutral.)

My mom was like you and thought freckles were hideous and tried to make me use all sorts of remedies to get rid of them. I found it incredibly pointless and annoying; it didn't make me get rid of them or give me a complex, but it did make me seriously annoyed at my mother, so don't do that.
