pre-k schools recommendation

I had a delightful visit with the Director at Crestview. She is very pure in her Montesorri approach. It was not the right school for us due to location.

Another vote for Lowell. The pre-primary program is nothing short of magical. Average tenure of their pre-primary faculty is something like 15 years, which shows - the faculty trust each other and complement each other so well. (And no, that doesn't mean they are all old! They mostly started there early in their careers.) We are now in the primary school and continue to love it. It is a diverse, inclusive community.

WES, NPS, Lowell, NCRC, st.Patrick's, or wait a year when he is four so you have more options (primary day, beaviour, norwood).

Does PP have recent experience with WES and st. Patrick's?

The other school you mentioned is also Montessori, is this your preference? I am not familiar with other Montessori schools but in the Potomac area I really liked Potomac Glen Day School and the Harbor School.

Good luck with your move!!

Which one is more structured? And which one prepares better for kindergarten (i guess is more academic)?
