Who would be watching your children while you do these "as many jobs as possible"? |
|
Yes, I would. And I don't think theft is really up there on the list of things I'd be that conflicted about if I were hungry. It's not murder. I mean, you'd be stealing food. In a way...why does anyone own food? I mean I'm speaking in the larger sense philosphicaly, why should someone else have plenty to eat if I am going to go hungry? That seems just as wrong as me stealing, if not worse. So, if one is starving to death I don't think taking food is wrong at all.
This is an involved question. Do you believe everyone alive has a right to life? Then no one should starve to death as long as there is enough food to go around. It's an obscene world, isn't it? Here we have obesity and in other parts of the world people have to let their two year olds starve for "cultural" reasons. |
| yes, and yes a million times over. |
I agree. Social services organizations continue the cycle of poverty and crime. I think they were very astutely created so there is a clearly defined class structure. Not everyone can be successful. By creating an impoverished group of people that rely on legal aid, a lower class system was instituted to protect the wealth of the middle and especially the upper class. Sounds awful but it's true. It's been going on for thousands of years--slaves, serfs, indentured servants. Always the same song and dance. |
| Any parent who could withstand allowing their child to starve to death doesn't belong on my planet. I would rather die myself than sit back and watch that happen. So, GOD forbid we are ever placed in such a situation, I will do anything and everything I have the strength to do to get my family what it needs. And I mean whatever that includes. |
| The poor are not any more guilty of crimes than the rich are. The rich do so out of need. They steal from the poor by refusing to pay for overtime etc. Even the founder of Walmart had to be taken to court for refusing overtime pay. At the same time he was making national news for being a generous man. He just was not generous to the poor who work for him |
| Yes, lots of rich people became rich by stealing from the poor. Look at the so-called founders of America. They basically stole the native peoples' land and resources. But people like that went around the world stealing other peoples' land and enslaving them in the name of religion and colonizing the heathens. On Judgment Day they found out who the real heathens were. |
| everyone will die in the end of the day so it's either they die patient and good without stealing or, die after some years and stayed alive by stealing food. So lived by seatling and eat stoled food |
