Agree SSMA is a disaster but I don’t know why you’d give it up for Perry St Appletree.


Commute and the administration wasn't a complete train wreck (at least on the Appletree side of PSP).

I would stay on the waitlist just in case.

We are very high on SWS and will decline for 2nd if called.
