Downsize to townhouse?

Depends on the community. My TH area has plenty of guest parking and we’ve had parties where everyone easily found parking close by. Of course our TH is fairly small, so we normally only have 3-6 extra guest cars at one time - we might have some problems with 20-30 extra cars, but then I never threw those kinds of parties even when I did have a SFH.

So many TH communities I've seen in this area have way too few guest parking spots and they are always all full. People pay $500K for a house and there is nowhere to park.
