As for Brooksbanks, I have images of a modern day Bertie Wooster. I'm sure this will be a great marriage as long there's plenty of money.

My only other and last comment on this thread is that I've never figured out why Andrew and Fergie got divorced. They seem to like each other a lot and they've never remarried and for people in their position, whatever differences there might have been, surely it'd have just been easier to stick together and ride it out? Even if it's just a marriage in name between two friendly people fond of each other. I normally wouldn't encourage people to stick together just for the sake of the marriage, but this particular marriage seems like it'd be the one exception.

I wonder if they got divorced due to the heat of the moment (Charles' divorce) because a generation earlier it's highly unlikely it'd ever have got to that point.

Seriously? You don’t remember that Sarah got caught having her toes sucked publicly by a lover? They called her a trollop and that was after it was already acknowledged that she had other affairs. You don’t do that and stay married in the royal family. Simple answer - the woman was an idiot
