We should have a thread called "Lock him up", and keep count of those worked for Trump and ended up in jail. |
I didn’t start this thread but I have added a lot of the other news articles, and there are none about Trump and co. because a) duh, and b) there are enough whole threads about them. I think the “every level” of the thread title sort of means “besides Trump, there are all these other scandals amongst all these other Republicans that don’t get press because Trump misspelled something today on Twitter.” There are even two huge ones that aren’t in here because they got their own threads - Chris Collins and Duncan Hunter. I find it fascinating that no one wants to discuss these instances of cheating, crimes and investigations (save for some lame whataboutism re the Tallahassee investigation which has been proven to not have touched Gillum) so this thread remains a dull list of news articles. But I will persist in adding them to the list as I see them. “There's a river of dirty money flowing through this place.” |
It feels like we learn about a new corrupt Republican politician every week |
Yup, here’s another one. “When Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin wanted a new state chief information officer, he didn't do a national search — he hired an old Army buddy and longtime business associate last October at a salary that now leads the nation for similar state jobs. Some Kentucky lawmakers were stunned last month when the Courier Journal reported that Bevin gave Charles E. Grindle a $215,000 pay raise on Aug. 1 — a highly unusual 134 percent increase after less than a year on the job. The raise also came four months after the passage of a state budget that included no pay increases for more than 42,000 Kentucky public school teachers and most of the state's nearly 30,000 state workers.” https://amp.courier-journal.com/amp/1163054002?__twitter_impression=true |
Start with your own party first then come to the table so we can discuss corruption OP |
One more Republican - Ross Spano from Republican
https://www.rollcall.com/news/politics/florida-republican-not-even-sworn-facing-campaign-finance-questions Meanwhile after spending millions smearing Andrew Gillum with insinuations that he was under FBI investigation, he is not mentioned in the indictments https://www.politico.com/states/florida/story/2018/12/12/he-got-screwed-gillum-absent-from-indictment-after-desantis-bashed-him-as-corrupt-742989 |
So, you don't want to talk about GOP corruption, then? You better go take a long winter's nap, dear. |
start with your party first. admit they are as corrupt if not more. Were you born yesterday? They are all corrupt. I hate to educate on politics and corruption honey. Even if i tried, you would be in denial, yelling and screaming. Don't have time for snowflakes like you, who are absolutely clueless. |
Start your own thread with incidents of Democratic corruption, then and we can discuss it. Only use examples since this past September as this one does. See you there! |
I appreciate what you’re doing, OP. Agree that these are under reported because of Trump. |
LOL. You turds get funnier every day. |
|
Republicans are corrupt. They get no more chances. All they do is mess up the country. |
GOP corruption? I'm still waiting for all those congresscritters, who have tax payer money going to victims of sexual harassment on Capitol Hill to be announced. You think we'll ever find out their names? |
