3rd grade son- size 5
K son - 13 Both have wide feet. |
2nd grade son wears size 4-4.5.
3rd grade girl (typically 75th percentile height, 20th percentile weight) and turns 9 next week wears a size 2.5 shoe. Kindergartner, just turned 6, 50th percentile height and weight, wears a size 13 shoe. Also a girl.

My 3rd grader (boy, age 8) wears size 5 in “big kids” sizes. He’s about average or slightly above average height and weight I think just judging by seeing him compared to his classmates/same age friends (54 inches tall, 65 lbs).
My 8 y/o "late bloomer" boy (teeth, growth, etc.) wears a 13.5. He's around 25% for height, I think. He's never going to be huge, and I think although its on the small end of shoe size, it's not abnormally small.
My almost 8 year old wears a size 3, but she's 95th percentile for height (so about average height for kids a year and a half older). Will likely be size 4 next year unless she has a massive growth spurt.
13 - girl.
8 year old 3rd grader here (she doesn't turn 9 till July) and she wears a 4. She's 95%+ for height.
Boy, 8, 90th percentile for height wears size 3.
Size 1
Girl, 8.5 yo, size 12.5/3.
Boys size 5
My small 6 year old wears size 10 toddler …
