What exactly is it about Ivanka Trump that is so off-putting?

Both are rich children of privilege and oligarchy. But at least Ivanka can read a speech well.

Chelsea has never wanted for anything in her life and still came off like an unintelligent and uncharismatic robot.

And? What does that have to do with Ivanka? "The daughter of a different politician is worse, so Ivanka isn't so bad" - is that what you're trying to say? "Marie le Pen is a Neo-Nazi, so Ivanka isn't that bad."

No, you’re not alone. I get the same weird feeling watching her. It’s a cringe that starts in the gut.

It was even more severe when I saw her husband speaking for the first time a few days ago. Something severely off with both of them.

There’s gotta be some severe emotional/psyschological damage that came with development under such a creepy father. So much abnormal behavior that had to be normalized for her from a very young age. If all of life is a performance, she’s got no familiarity with genuine feeling and doesn’t miss it one bit.

I find it off-putting that a woman with all her money and plastic-surgery enhanced good looks would choose to attach herself like a barnacle to her father, especially given her father's reputation. She could have done anything else if she valued accomplishments on her own merits and disagreed with his ideologies. Instead, she does the "poor me...I'm just working for the good of America BS" when she's clearly enriching her own family.

The extensive plastic surgery, neon white huge veneers, exceptionally long neck, statuesque figure, pendulous 90’s fake boobs, fake contact lenses, bizarre whispering voice all contribute to this. She has altered her appearance, and her personality, so much that she is now like a bizarre caricature. She once had an almost husky, hoarse, New Yorker voice, during the Apprentice. Trump parades her around like his little show pony. We’re not impressed, we’re beyond creeped out at this point.
