North Florida.

I live in north Florida. I was driving around town quite a bit today and since I had seen the title of this thread earlier, I took note of all the brown cars I saw while out and about. There seemed to be a lot, and they all looked fine to me.

These are the questions I'd ask myself in making this decision. Who cares what anyone else thinks. (FWIW, there are some brown cars I'd definitely go for; others I'd really not care for.)

OP here: It's growing on me! We're buying a used car, so there are not as many options.

Well, brown is better than black. If you've lived there through a summer and still want to get brown (,or any darker color) it may be fine for you. Maybe you could use the color to get a cheaper price on it....

Red, brown/gold, blue and beige represent only 6-9% each. All other colors less than 5%..

I don't want popular. I want a car I can easily spot in the parking lot that doesn't look like al the others. OP, I would buy a brown car if its a nice brown.

White has been the most popular car color for 7 years running, followed by black than silver.

That's because most work vehicles and work trucks are white. Cop cars too.

And rental fleet cars.

I haven't lived through a summer in FL. We moved here shortly after the hurricane.
