Wilson boundary is not limited to Ward 3; it includes half of Ward 4 and good chunks of Wards 1 and 2 ... add up the boundary percentages and it becomes one of the largest constituencies.

Uh, not exactly accurate. There are definite Yale and Jail tracks (and some in-between), and let's not pretend otherwise.

Even the "jail' track isn't what you would find at Cardozo or Ballou. Only 33% of students are economically disadvantaged at this point.

You think the jail track at Wilson is reserved for the economically disadvantaged? Think again.
