No. All students are surveyed about their satisfaction with their school in terms of academics, social environment and extra curriculars.

PP here. The age of the school is irrelevant. What matters is that, at the time of data collection, both Banneker and Latin had a fully functioning high school. Students at Banneker, have been consistently outperforming other schools in the area. The purpose of my post was just to dispute the statement that students at Latin and Wilson outperform Banneker students.
