Why do some women age faster than others?

I think most of it is genetics. All my family look super young and I at 33 am still mistaken for 18. (Yes, really). Make-up, lifestyles and clothing make a difference but I would say it comes down to genes.

I don't take that to equal "Ivanka doesn't even look like Ivanka." That implies major changes to her face, much more than a nose job. Boobs don't make you look like a different person. None of the things you mentioned would lend to a younger appearance.

Regarding hair color, most women change up hair color to some degree. I view hair as an accessory and have had many different colors and styles. A lot of stylish women do. Anyway. I think they're both pretty women but think, objectively, Ivanka looks younger.

minor now job and a boob job (both of which were completely unnecessary and she would be equally pretty without them) do not count as "a lot of work done". if you want a lot of work done, look at kylie jenner. that is a case of an below average person transforming themselves into something unrecognizable. ivanka looks pretty much the same she did when she was a teenager.

I agree with the PP who mentioned Kylie Jenner.

Kylie was cute, but had none of the standout beauty of her sisters.
Kendall definitely outshines Kylie 100x over.
For a celebrity at best she was average.

Then shortly before hitting 18-Boom!!
Fuller lips, a better sculpted nose, bigger breasts and some fillers for her face and she turned into an overnight beauty which has afforded her riches.

She now trademarks her phony new look and makes huge bank to boot.
