I don't take that to equal "Ivanka doesn't even look like Ivanka." That implies major changes to her face, much more than a nose job. Boobs don't make you look like a different person. None of the things you mentioned would lend to a younger appearance.

Regarding hair color, most women change up hair color to some degree. I view hair as an accessory and have had many different colors and styles. A lot of stylish women do. Anyway. I think they're both pretty women but think, objectively, Ivanka looks younger.[/quote]
