He is anti gay/ LGTB in a BIG way, he believes in conversion therapy, he is super pro life, he is part of the christian right and has super weird viewpoints on marriage and women (for ex., him and his wife agree that he cannot go to a party or gathering without his wife if alcohol is served because him drinking without his wife around is too tempting and dangerous, I don't know the back story but this is true). He pushed for and signed into the law the funerals for aborted fetuses bill, and the freedom of religion law for business to deny service to gays, and he does so without any guilt or apologies. He's pretty hard core.

Periods for Pence or Periods for Politicians is an action group based out of Indiana that was formed in response to the fetus funeral/ abortion law. They follow him and his policies very closely. You can find their fb page.

Dangerous to liberals, I guess. Personally, I'm a fan.

So you think women should be forced to have a funeral for their miscarriages???

You think that idea is going to get made into law because he wants it? We both know it's not.

Educate yourself on Pence's record in Indiana. It is clear you have not, he backed and signed into law in Indiana a bill that required a funeral for fetuses from abortions and miscarriages, and send the bill for cost to the mother. It got a lot of press. I am not saying he would push for this as VP on a federal level, but he was 100% behind this law last spring. OP asked who Pence is, this is who he is. He's a pray the gay away, science can't be proven to be true, cigarettes don't kill person. And he has said, several times on the record, including on the VP debate, he is 100% pro life with no exceptions and wants to completely overturn roe v wade.

I know about his record. The only thing clear is that you want to act like I don't know as much as you do. I said he is not going to have this made into a federal law, just like you said.

Good for you

He will spear head the attack on that and reprodcutive/womens health.

Wouldn't that be wonderful. He'll keep millions of babies from being killed. Just another way to look at it. Lots and lots of Americans are vehemently against abortion. Sorry if this burst your bubble.

They won't overturn Roe v. Wade directly but they'll let states chip away at it, imposing more and more onerous requirements on women seeking an abortion.

Trump is an embarrassment and an annoyance. Pence is frightening, and on the basis of his stances on various issues is someone I consider both more immoral than Trump and potentially dangerous.

I agree. Trump is embarrassing, and a despicable person. Pence would be truly terrifying if he had/has any influence on national policy, including nomination of supreme court justices.

Yea, make fun of his looks. Then get really offended when someone says Obama looks like a monkey.

Dude, saying someone's head looks like a bowling ball is miles from the same league as saying a black man looks like a monkey. Come on now.

Dude everyone is sick of you playing the race card. Obama is handsome but his wife...

Most of what a person looks like is predetermined by genetics. Michelle Obama did choose to get an education, become a lawyer, be a good parent and wife. She is smart and likeable. The third Mrs. Trump decided to use her genetics to make money using her naked body, plastic surgery to alter her looks and "wrote" a speech using the words of hansome Obama's wife.

You should be ashamed!

Likeable? Sure she is. We are talking about looks not about your liberal woman jealousy towards beautiful republican women.

Wow...jealousy? I personally think she looks hard. She is attractive and put together but far from beautiful in my eyes. God bless America!

There are many, many mean AND women in this country who don't think abortions should be outlawed completely, but that they should not be viewed and used as a convenient means of birth control.
