Those kids will have trouble getting into any decent college or job, and blame "institutional racism" and "implicit bias" and whatever new BS gets coined around for their predicament. They may believe they are "empowered" by using completely inappropriate language, but in reality it's they who will suffer for it. Sad. |

Didn't read through the whole thread. Will try to later. But the timing of this post is kind of funny. As I just got around to watching the first episode of the second season of Blackish on Hulu this past weekend, which kind of touched upon this subject.
The show is funny, and in some ways thoughtful, and am going to have to watch the rest of the episodes. |
