Just Oscar dresses / "looks"

I liked Brie Larson's dress. The gauze edging did make it look blurry. Probably not like that in real life though.

Yes. Heidi Klum should have worn Ashley Graham's dress. Klum's dress should have been left hanging along with the other window sheers.

And she looks comfortable in her dress. So many of these actors look like they're still playing dress-up.

I disagree. The designers are artists and should be recognized. Especially when they custom fit and "loan" the dresses to these ladies. it isn't sexist.

Yes. Very blurry. I thought it was my eyes at first! I would get dizzy looking at that for too long. Another "No!" for me I'm afraid.

all i know is the dress was horrendous, looked like my bridesmaid dresses from 1988.

I was only glancing at the screen occasionally at that point; I thought she was Patricia Arquette until I heard the British accent.

Her face looks much more youthful than Reese's.

Sorry, I really disliked that dress. But I don't really care for Saiorse Ronan's dress - it looks like she has the darned thing on backwards. Really unflattering bust line IMO. But what the heck do I know.

Have to say I agree all around.

Drunken toga dare - best line of the evening. Write a blog, girl

Jennifer Jason Leigh - gorgeous
Dita Von Teese - always stunning
Alicia Vikander - love!
Olivia Munn - great shade!
Ilsa Fisher - a favorite!

Agree with your best but would sub out Olivia Wilde and sub in Olivia Munn. And add Naomi Watts who looked amazing.

I thought the gowns, as a group, were better than last year. Olivia Munn, Cate and Sienna were my favorites.

That dress was terrible.

Yes! I loved her dress. Saw a pre-Oscar photo that showed more of the detail than the red carpet pics:
