Actually Arlington 22207, 22205 and 22213 are wealthier than McLean 22102...

22102 contains areas that are far wealthier than any part of 22207 or 22101.

That's a silly statement. 22207 and 22201 contain areas that are far wealthier than 22102. And overall, the HHI in 22207 is higher than 22102.
