I actually use them to make salmon cakes and they're pretty good (and freeze well).

Drain the liquid, mix with a well beaten egg and some old bay seasoning, then pan fry. We pop them in the freezer and eat with scrambled eggs or on toast.

I avoid the party trays of vegetables and bagged carrots after bad luck with spoiled vegetables purchased for office parties. Their sweet potatoes used to be great, but I no longer buy them after noticing several boxes on display were already going bad.

On the other hand, I LOVE their superfoods salad in the refrigerator section, and their mushrooms and cut butternut squash. Sometimes I go just to buy those three items.
