My company cares more about how much you bill rather than what you work... I make executive decisions daily. Is there a lot going on? Could I do my commute @ 4pm, rather than 6pm and work at home? if so, yes, I'll take off. There's enough opportunity to work at 9pm if necessary that I don't consider 'attendance' a priority. Definitely results oriented.

I am working 15 hours this week. Soon it will bump up to 24.

I do this so I can spend lots of time with my child.

3-5 hrs a week. Make over $20k though p/m. I work in a strategy group. Results driven or you are unemployed in a month.
