Ritchie Park? You are kidding, right? Take a look around. It is one of the worse touted schools on these boards. And the Fallsgrove families complain non-stop about the commute past multiple other elementary schools to go to Ritchie Park. It was supposed to be zoned for Lakewood and at this point should still be. RM needed more wealth and white people in their school so they changed it. Now that whole school district is overcrowded including Ritchie Park while the schools they pass are under-enrolled. But I am sure as a real estate agent, your #1 job is to convince everyone about how great the schools are.

I think the Fallsgrove people mostly complain about the commute past multiple other ESs because RP is waaaay overcrowded compared to the other ESs the buses pass. Again, Fallsgrove has been zoned to RM for a while. So the people who moved there would've been well aware of where they were zoned for.

RP sent 5 kids to HGC last year and several to compacted math, so it can't be too bad. And don't say it's due to a quota because there is no such thing.

I know lots of folks in Fallsgrove (my kids go to a nearby Wootton ES) and none of them complain about RP other than it being overcrowded (not RP's fault).
