What is your adult beverage of choice? (Not wine)

Dark and Stormy (Goslings rum and ginger beer)
Cherry vodka and limeade with a splash of soda or sprite
The Macallen 10 triple cask (although really, I'm a whore for almost any single malt scotch)
Guinness, or any stout or porter. My favorite, as disgusting as it might sound, is a Coconut Cream Stout from Bend Brewing Company in Bend, Oregon (have to go there, they don't bottle/distribute it.). I usually dislike anything with coconut flavoring, but that shit is the BOMB.
Captain and ginger
Homemade margaritas, rocks, salt
Hefeweitzen and lemon in the summer

And... My dark, dirty secret... Those stupid little Lime-a-Ritas (and their strawberry brethren) from Bud Light. Damn things are stupidly addictive.

I stopped drinking hard liquor many moons ago. I can drink a bottle of wine and have barely any hangover the next day. Liquor makes me ill. Straight sick.

I don't doubt you, but I have a really hard time going there. I'm one of those who thinks "scotch" and "cocktail" should never appear in the same sentence, and even for bourbon, unless you're really good, the high-end stuff is going to waste. Wouldn't you be fine with mid-grade bourbon if you're mixing it?
