Do you ever wake up and just hate everything? And everyone?

Never. I love this world.

I wonder if your husband would say the same

I have a teenager like this. It’s remarkable. Cherish this gift.

Not hate, but I feel dread daily in the mornings for like the first 2 hours until I am more awake. I don't want to have to go anywhere.

There are a ton of depressed people around here.

What is your secret, chipper people? How old are you? Do you exercise? Eat right? How much sleep do you get? Are you an extrovert or introvert? Do you have good relationships?

Life is way to short to hate.

I feel depressed sometimes but never hate.

I wake up and have to walk the dog immediately. Halfway through the walk I’m twisted about something and the anger builds. I feed him, make my coffe and it usually dissipates. But its pretty much everyday. It’s definitely hormonal for me.

Wow, I didn't know anyone else felt this way!

Never and I am 52 and menopausal... but I am generally a happy go lucky person.

If I ever felt like I hate everything and everybody, I'll go see a doctor.

My thoughts exactly.

All day long and twice on Tuesday!

Yes, I usually start having those thoughts a few times in the middle of the night when the intense heat I’m feeling wakes me up in a puddle of sweat and I struggle from being hot a freezing for the next 2 hours. Hormones.

Just like way back in the days of old

Also, I have never had a hot flash or night sweats. Not everyone gets them. The only symptoms of menopause for me are no more periods and my skin stopped breaking out...
