Do you ever wake up and just hate everything? And everyone?

Anonymous
Yes, this is normal, as long as it doesn't last all day every day.

Nope. I wake up in a good mood everyday. And usually stay in a good mood all day. Rarely do I get grumpy.

Usually on Mondays, the feeling seems to subside as the week progresses

Only if I am out of coffee. There is nothing that a good black cup of coffee can't fix in the morning!

I need sunshine and flip flops!

I'm going to keep working out and eating right and I'm going find a sturdy, 24 year old irish gardener man to come here to bring the mist back into my mornings while Van Morrison plays in the background.

Oh my God! But can I have Pole, Czech or Lithuanian gardener instead? They really know how to plow a field if you know what I mean.

Happening again. I am back in a dark hole and can’t seem to shake it. Almost 60 and no family except one dc that I can count on. Can’t lean on her again she needs to live her life. Tired of stress at work and constant conflict and keeping a pretend smile.

Yes OP, I have days like this. Especially since menopause. It's like all the anger I've kept bottled up through my life wants to get out and sometimes it's not rational.

Well...that doesn't sound healthy. Why were you angry your whole life?

My husband left me for another women. I've never been happier. I can do what I want when I want. No picking after him or hearing about his boring job. I can have wine for dinner. Netflix is mine and mine alone. Pure bliss.

I can't blame my period, I'm in menapause. I'm more sensitive overall. Getting older does suck.

Yep. Same.

My SIL is a nurse and says lack of estrogen can cause depression and oversensitivity
