Don't get fat and happy just because you've been married for over 20 years.

He's goofy-looking.

If I were him, I'd be pissed if my wife went from that to her current self. Just sayin'
Yeah and he went from looking like a dork to.....looking like a dork.

I'd say, he looks more attractive now than he did back then. Must be all that power.

He was offere some free P*ssy from an attractive woman and he took it (only it wasn't free and cost him everything). I'm sure he loves and respects his wife and thinks she's a great person/mother/etc. No matter how attractive my wife was, if a pretty woman was embedded with me and infatuated with me, it would be hard to turn her down. Just being honest.

Highly doubt that.

Man here again...ok, maybe "respect" was a reach.

I love and respect my husband too, but if I was embedded with Brad Pitt and he was infatuated with me.....OMG.....

Gotta agree. I was 110 pounds when I married my DH 25 years ago. I was 114 at my doctor's appointment on Thursday. I was an avid runner back then. I can't run marathons anymore because of knee injuries. But I still run every single day. My husband married a women who cared about her health and fitness and about the way she looked. Changing the rules after a few years of marriage seems unfair.

If I were overweight, I'm not sure I would blame my husband for looking elsewhere.

Life's rules are not that rigid. People who boil this stuff down to sound bites like this just sound so dumb.

Plus, it in no way excuses an affair. Ever. You're not happy? Talk to your spouse or get a divorce. Sneaking around is the worst sort of disrespect. And is never ok.

While she is indeed a horrendous looking pig of a woman, I don't think it's that simple. There are plenty of men with fabulous looking wives who still screw around, and oftentimes it is with women who are nowhere near as attractive as their wives. Laying off the donuts is probably a good idea, but there's really no keeping a guy straight if he has the inclination and opportunity to wander.

Really? Because he was ugly then, and ugly now. He ought to just be grateful that she married him in the first place. Asshole.

To quote a song, Yah I got a little fat, but my shorty told me he likes it like that. That look works for some. Duh.

Um, maaaaaybe Big P was not the greatest husband. And his wife doesn't care what the hell he does.

Are you rich? Or is your DH fat too?

Why would a guy marry a fat woman? Are you a Walmart couple?

A horrendous pig of a woman?? She looks her age, dresses well and has an important, interesting job helping military families - we should all look and live as well as her when we're 60.

I didn't realize twelve year olds were on this site. At least try to keep the comments mature.

The thing is, she got a pass when you are with young kids. But with kids out of the house and with a lot of wealth, you can afford to hire a trainer and a cook to make your meals. Even if you had no motivation, you can get into shape because of your money. You owe it to yourself, your husband, and your work initiatives also deserve to have the best you. Strong and energetic.

She has no excuse.
