Yes! SAHM.

How much does your husband pay you?

EXACTLY. pathetic, SAHM poster.

I can't believe it took 4 pages to get to this.

to the SAHM jumping in to talk about her "job," or to people making fun of her for it?

I'm in environmental policy. Love it. Interesting/challenging and makes me feel like I'm contributing something good to the world.

I'm a librarian too! I like my job. I am a librarian in a regulatory agency. I've been here a couple of years and the people I work with are great. I compare it to my last stint of 16 years. We got a new boss who drove everyone out and was a first class BULLY. Compared to that, this is a walk in the park and I love it.

I am glad there is another librarian who likes what they do. School Libraries have lots of challenges these days.

Another librarian! At a university, and work part-time. I love it. Doesn't pay much, but is also very interesting, not the least bit stressful, and a collegial environment.

Can you please elaborate?
I think I don't understand what you do... because my impression of being a librarian would be very boring. Learn the dewey decimal system, restock books, and shoosh people. Don't get me wrong, I love the library and have met some wonderful librarians -- but what is it that makes it interesting?
