| Professor at a research I univ. I have a very light teaching load and a research agenda that is entirely self-driven. I love my students, who are smart and thoughtful, and I love my colleagues who are also smart and thoughtful. I'm tenured, so I set my own schedule at this point (am away at the beach with my children for the month). Not paid a huge amount but really could not be happier. |

| Does it count if it is only LOVE part of the time? I like my job a lot most days, love it some days, and I absolutely LOVE the flexibility and stability it gives me. I am a regulatory lawyer at a federal agency. |
