Sasha Baron Cohen - Do you find him funny?

A lot of people arent' going to appreciate a comedian who goes over the line-if everybody thought SBC was funny, there would be no line to cross. Back in the 60's, some people thought Lenny Bruce was dirty, not funny. Part of the problem is that SBC inhabits the world he makes fun of-Hollywood and celebrity worship. Of course he's funny, insightful and mean at times. No one likes to look into a mirror with poor lighting but that is what he is asking us to do.

The funny part was the serious face of the person he was telling this to

I think he was mocking Americas puritanical ways. What he said was obviously a lie and just dirty talk from a man, but the seriousness of the person, and obviously the American audience. I just could not stop laughing.
He is a genious who knows what buttons to push

No, I don't find him funny. I don't usually enjoy jokes that are made at the expense of others. I watched him in Borat and some of his jokes were offensive. Also, his representation of a Kazakh were off. To me it felt like he didn't understand the culture he was portraying. Anyway, in general I prefer witty humor, not this type of humor.

Yeah, you sound like you have a great sense of humor. I can only imagine how the laughs keep on coming.
